1. Returns
We want you to love every purchase from Skinfinity Care. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to
help.
Eligibility for Returns:- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are
faulty.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at skinfinitycareltd@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the
reason for the return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping:- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note:- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.- If your item was faulty or incorrect, we'll refund the return shipping cost as well.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of
the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted product
and place a new order.
